Please make sure you read and fully understand the following terms and conditions. By becoming a registered player at Lucky Spins Casino and wagering at the Casino, you fully accept and understand the application of all the following terms and conditions. Upon the completion of your registration, you are bound by and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, and any amendments thereof, and the rules of any casino games played. By accepting and participating in any of the promotional offers made by the Casino, the Player confirms that all related promotional terms and conditions and been have read, understood and agreed to.
- Lucky Spins Casino is restricted to individuals of legal age who are residents in jurisdictions where the use of the games provided by the Casino and the Casino itself is not legally prohibited. Any account found to belong to any individual who does not have the legal right to hold an account with the Casino will be closed immediately.
- All software applications offered at the Casino are for the sole private and personal use of the legal owner of the account via which the Casino is begin accessed. Such accounts must not be used by others, or for business reasons. Commercial use of the Casino is strictly prohibited.
- Real money is used at the Casino. All Players' accounts are held in the currency of the player's choosing. Players who wish only to play for fun may open a “play money” account. By using the Casino software, the Player accepts the results of all actions of all games within the application. The Player accepts and agrees that the outcome of random number generation as devised by the Casino solely determines any random aspect of any game.
- Players are required to make at least one deposit of a size as determined by the Casino before they are eligible to request a withdrawal.
- All actions within all games as supplied by the Casino are monitored by the Casino at all times. The Player accepts that on this basis, any decision made by the Casino when referring to tracking logs or game-play history is accurate, and is final.
- Should any action within any game be interrupted by disconnection, then once the game has been re-connected the game shall continue on from the same point at which the disconnection occurred. If, as a result of the disconnection, the Casino failed to receive a bet that the Player intended to make, then that bet amount shall be returned to the player's account.
- The Casino will make all possible efforts to fully protect the accounts of the Players. If events occur that are beyond the Casino's control, then the Casino shall not be held responsible for any losses that may occur as a result. The balance of a Player's financial account will be held at all times upon the Company's servers.
- The Casino requires that notification of any dispute or issue be brought to the attention of the casino by email within one (1) hour of the event occurring. The Casino will make all efforts possible to reply to the Player concerning the disputed event within three (3) business days. In the event of any dispute, any decisions made by the Casino will be accepted as binding and final.
- By using software provided by the Casino, the Player agrees to be bound by the following:
Players shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall completely indemnify the same from any, and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages that may arise as result of the Player:
- entering, using, or reusing the Casino website,
- using any materials provided by the website,
- entering, using, or reusing the Casino Server,
- participating in any games offered by the casino, or;
- accepting any monetary amount or prize from the casino.
- Players shall not participate in any games; open, use or reuse an account; enter the Casino website or the Casino, nor accept any monetary amount or prize from the Casino unless the Player fully understands, agrees to, becomes a party to, and, without exception abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may be altered by the Casino at the Casino's discretion. Players shall agree to periodically review such terms and conditions at a reasonable and regular rate.
- Players are only ever allowed one active account per household/per ip address. If a player is found to be abusing this understanding, all winnings won by a Player using any account will be declared void.
- Should a Player forget their account or account password the Casino is not responsible for any claims that many arise from that account. Players are solely responsible for any transactions that occur with their account, and should take all steps necessary to keep their account information confidential.
- Any personal information relating to the Player in connection with the opening of their account shall remain confidential, including any financial history.
- All aspects of a Player's participation at the Casino shall remain confidential unless requested by legal representatives as part of a criminal investigation.
- Players are solely responsible for the payment of any taxes due on any monetary amounts created via the Casino.
- The Casino reserves the right to add new activities or games to the Casino or to discontinue any activities or games at any time. The Casino has no obligation to inform players as to the fact.
- By accepting any monetary amounts from the Casino, the Player consents to the use of their name, photograph or any reasonable and approval likeness by the Casino for promotional and advertising purposes without any additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
- All requests for withdrawal are subject to audit before they are accepted and processed. On request, Players must provide a copy of proof of their identity, their address, copies of credit cards and any other documentation as reasonably requested by the Casino. The Casino may refuse to honor any withdrawal request unless this information is not provided within four (4) weeks of the request being made, and may close the account of the Player to whom the request was made. If any fraudulent activity is suspected, the Casino will close the account of the Player involved, and any winnings are void.
The Casino reserves the right to ban any player from using the casino software or to refuse any payments due to a player:
- If the player's activities are deemed to be fraudulent or false.
- If the player is found to have been cheating, or it is found that the player has used a system or any form of technology, be it an additional computer, additional software or otherwise, to pervert the spirit of fair gaming. In addition, the use of any system to subvert the random number generation provided by our system or to collect data from our system for analysis during real money play is strictly prohibited.
- If the source of any funds used by a player to gamble using the Casino is found to have been acquired illegally.
- If any collusion or syndicate play is found.
- The Casino may add service charges to any account for any services that were acquired by the Casino in order to determine fraudulent activities.
- Any deposit made by a player must be turned over at least once before any withdrawal is permitted.
- The Casino reserves the right to terminate any player's account at any time and without notice. Should this be necessary, any monetary balance in the player's account at the time of termination will be credited back to the player.
The Casino reserves the right to void any winnings and withhold any monetary value in a player's account under any of the following circumstances:
- If an account is left dormant for a period longer than 180 days. On this occasion, the account will be placed under review until the Casino has determined what action should be taken.
- A player is found to have more than one active account at the Casino.
- The name given by the player as their real name does not match the name on any credit cards used to fund a player's account.
- The name given by the player as their real name does not match the name of the account holder for any financial account used to fund the player's Casino account.
- The player participates in a Casino promotion and attempts to withdraw any monies won or deposited in lieu of that promotion without having first fulfilled any wagering requirements stipulated.
- The player provides registration information that is false.
- The player is not of the minimum age to be legally entitled to participate in online gambling in the jurisdiction in which they are resident.
- The player resides within a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited.
- The player has permitted, by design or otherwise, someone else to use their account with the casino.
- The player has played at the casino for reasons other than on an individual basis for personal entertainment only, i.e. in a professional capacity or as part of a syndicate or group.
- The player has reversed or attempted to charge back any of his purchases made via the Casino's software.
- The player has been found to be cheating.
- Players are reminded to maintain their own records of transactions, rules, payments made and any cancellations or refunds in order to avoid possible disputes.
- The Casino reserves the right to make the final decision on any transaction method. The Casino may decide what constitutes an appropriate transaction on a transaction-by-transaction basis.
- The Casino reserves the right to alter any of these terms of use at any time, as it sees fit. The Casino will make best endeavors to make sure players are informed of any changes, but does not accept any responsibility for any dispute that may arise due to a player not been aware of any changes to these terms of use.
- The Casino reserves the right to modify the rules of any games, or the terms of any promotion when and as it sees fit.
- The Casino does not allow players who reside in the following countries to participate in any bonus schemes or promotions offered by the Casino.
- Employees of the Casino Company and members of their immediate families are not eligible to hold an account at the Casino, nor participate in any games or promotions.
- Here at Lucky Spins Casino, we do not accept players from Poland, Cyprus, Cyprus Northern, Israel, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Iraq, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka.
Promotional Terms and Conditions:
- Only one bonus is permitted per player account at any one time.
- A new account is deemed to be an account opened by a player who has never previously possessed an account at the Casino at any time.
- A first deposit bonus is only valid for the first deposit of any size a player makes to his account.
- The Casino may at any time run different promotions open to players with new accounts. A player may only ever claim one first deposit bonus.
- Promotions are only ever for a limited time.
- The Casino reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time without having to inform players of their reason(s) for doing so.
- The Casino reserves the right to combine promotions at any time without having to inform players of their reason(s) for doing so.
- The Casino reserves the right to ask for any documentation as it sees fit to determine any aspect regarding any dispute over a bonus payment.
- The Casino reserves the right to withhold bonus payments if the Casino feels they have been obtained in a way that is against the spirit of fair gaming.
- A player's account information must contain a valid email address and telephone number in order for a bonus payment to be paid.
- Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirements for any bonus are 40x the amount of the bonus and the deposit.
- Games contribute different amounts to the wagering requirements as follows:
- Slots, Keno, Bingo, Scratch Cards 100% All other games 25% except: Video Poker 5% Blackjack 2% Craps, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Table Poker, Roulette and Sic Bo 0%
- If a player makes an attempt to withdraw bonus money before wagering requirements are met, then any winnings made from the bonus are forfeited.
- Bonus money is for wagering purposes only, and cannot be withdrawn.
- A player must use their deposit money for gambling until they have acquired a zero balance, before they use any bonus money.
- Any no-deposit bonuses given have a maximum cash-out value of x5 the value of the bonus given.
- If a player is found to be failing to comply with the terms and conditions of any bonus, then this shall be deemed to be promotion abuse and as such, the Casino will void any balances of the player's account and ban the player from ever possessing an account at the Casino.
- Bonuses are to be used in the spirit of fair gaming. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any bonuses and associated deposits should bonus abuse be determined.
- Players have the right not to participate in any promotion. Should a player find a promotion has been added to their account which they do not wish to participate in, then they can email the Casino at support @luckyspinscasino.com to have it removed.
